This was more solid than I thought. I have a 38" TV on the mount. It is placed at the corder of a doorless room (just an opening between the rooms), allowing us to view the TV from a bedroom or exercise room by simply rotating the TV back and forth. The rotation from one room to the next is smooth and solid.

Bought this to mount our new 32" LCD up in the corner of the room. No instructions to speak of, but figured it out and have had it installed for about 2 weeks now. I'm very happy with the quality of the product and the multiple degrees of freedom to adjust are great. Would buy this product again.

I bought this wall mount for my 32 inch Sharp Aquos HD TV and have used it for about a month now. I use the TV as a computer monitor and for watching TV. This mount lets me very easily swivel the TV between doing desk work when it is flat against the wall, and watching TV from across the room where I pull it outwards and swivel it.
The price is right and it does exactly what it is supposed to do. It includes all the necessary screws for mounting many TVs. The arm isn't stiff and is easy to swing (but has more than enough friction to hold itself in place), even with a 40 pound TV hanging off of its end. It feels sturdy and doesn't feel like it'll come ripping apart from my wall at all.
My only minor complaint is that one hole didn't perfectly line up on the the wall bracket, so it took some light hammering to get the bolt through the two holes and the arm itself. This was due to a weld being slightly off, however it wasn't show stopping.
The instructions are also pretty sparse, it's just a piece of paper with an exploded view diagram showing how it all fits together. Using some common sense though is enough to figure out how it all goes together however.
